How to start a return

- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (where applicable), your refund is processed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@mrgains.com with a photo and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
