At Mr Gains we work hard to get your fuel to you as fast as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- A flat shipping rate is calculated by destination and shown at checkout for orders under $75.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as delays can occur with carriers during busy periods.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International orders
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
